Learning about Norval Morrisseau also known as Copper Thunderbird, was an Indigenous Canadian artist who founded The Woodland Canadian Art School. Learning about that genre and taking inspiration to create our own work of art.
This was a fun project. The students loved learning about this art genre and the artist. They were facinated by his life and work.
